Two Separate Types of Consent

We collect two separate and independent types of text message consent through two distinct, unchecked checkboxes on our website forms:

Mobile Data Sharing

All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are used solely for communication between you and Powerfull Solar. We do not purchase mobile numbers or SMS consent from lead vendors, list brokers, aggregators, or any other third party.

The only parties with access to your mobile number in connection with our messaging program are the messaging platform providers and wireless carriers that transmit our messages on our behalf. These providers are contractually restricted to using that information solely to deliver messages for Powerfull Solar.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are excluded from all sharing described above except as strictly necessary for the messaging platform providers and carriers that deliver our messages.
